The role involves reviewing, processing, and routing large volumes of scanned and physical documents with a focus on accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities
Review scanned forms to ensure they are complete, legible, and properly uploaded into the system
Rename, categorize, and route digital documents to the appropriate queues with accuracy
Once training is complete, process incoming physical mail onsite, including:
Opening and sorting forms
Scanning documents into the system
Renaming, organizing, and routing documents
Maintain exceptional accuracy while processing a high volume of forms
Support the Compliance department in meeting deadlines and reducing the current backlog (approximately 3,000 scanned forms)
Perform data entry tasks consistently and precisely
Qualification
Required
Ability to work onsite as needed (especially during the first two weeks)
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and organized
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with high document volume
Preferred
Prior data entry, administrative support, or document handling experience
