They are offering a part-time internship for a creative individual to gain hands-on experience in social media strategy, content creation, and brand building within the fashion industry.

Responsibilities
Assist in developing a monthly content calendar aligned with collections, launches, and brand moments
Support scheduling and organization of content for Instagram and TikTok
Learn how to maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetic
Engage with the GIPCCO community by assisting with comments, messages, and interactions
Assist in creating Instagram reels, stories, and posts featuring collections, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand lifestyle
Support on-site content creation during shoots, fittings, and brand moments
Collaborate with models and creatives to help curate visually cohesive content
Learn and assist with basic editing to maintain a polished, on-brand look
Learn how to track and interpret engagement, reach, and performance metrics
Assist in experimenting with content formats, trends, and hashtags
Gain insight into how creative decisions impact growth and visibility
Qualification
Required
Passionate about fashion, branding, and storytelling
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn by doing
Creative with a strong visual and aesthetic sensibility
Interested in building a portfolio and real-world experience
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving creative environment
Preferred
Interest or background in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, Design, or Fashion
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar
Basic photography, videography, or editing skills
Copywriting, Storytelling, Caption Writing, and Creativity skills for creating compelling content
Strong attention to detail, artistic eye, and visual consistency
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and creatively
