New Grad, Entry LevelUniversal Technology Systems & Associates LLC is seeking an RF Drive Test Engineer for projects in the West States, specifically California, Nevada, and Arizona. The role involves collecting 5G/4G data, performing mobility tests, and using RF drive test tools to ensure optimal network performance.

Responsibilities
Collect 5G/4G low-band and mid-band data using scanner, and provisioned UEs
Perform 5G/4G stationary and mobility tests across the grid points within the clusters
Synchronize UE and scanner measurements
Use GPS navigation to locate sites and execute assigned KML-based drive routes
Proficient in RF drive test tools such as TEMS Paragon, XCAL, NEMO
Qualification
Required
The candidate should be a USC, GC, or EAD holder
Be flexible to work 8–10 hours per day in the field
Willing and flexible to relocate to California, Nevada, Arizona for the project
Current or prior RF/RAN Field Engineering experience
Willing to travel extensively and work independently for field activities
Experience with drive testing equipment and software, including data collection and troubleshooting skills
Understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, and RF/RAN engineering processes
Preferred
Prior RF Field Test Engineer experience
