Sr.Manager/Associate Director - Mid Market Sales (Remote)

SuperProcure is looking for a high-impact sales leader to drive growth across mid-market and select enterprise accounts in the SaaS TMS space. The role involves owning revenue growth, building customer relationships, and influencing CXO-level stakeholders to scale SuperProcure's go-to-market motion.

Responsibilities

Drive expansion across Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction companies with ₹300–₹1,000+ Cr turnover
Identify high-potential accounts, define account penetration strategy, and build a strong qualified pipeline
Own new business revenue and ARR growth, measured through YoY performance
Execute a disciplined sales process covering prospecting, solutioning, negotiation, and closure
Translate company GTM strategy into actionable sales plans for the assigned segment
Shorten sales cycles by aligning solution value to customer pain points and ROI outcomes
Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams to drive deal velocity
Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, Logistics Heads, Procurement, and IT leaders
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring long-term partnerships and account expansion
Mentor and guide junior sales team members where applicable
Track KPIs, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to drive accountability
Deliver compelling, customized presentations and demos showcasing SuperProcure’s value
Position SuperProcure as a strategic logistics transformation partner, not just a software vendor
Stay close to industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback
Share insights with leadership to influence product roadmap and GTM improvements

Required

Engineering degree required; MBA preferred
6–8 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS products
Prior exposure to manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, ERP, TMS, or enterprise tech is a strong advantage
Experience handling deal sizes ranging from ₹25 lakhs and above
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong consultative selling skills for complex, multi-stakeholder deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
