Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Manage and publish content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, X, and others as needed
Actively engage with communities through comments, DMs, replies, and real-time interactions
Monitor trends, memes, and cultural moments, and flag opportunities for brands to participate authentically
Collaborate with strategists, creatives, and designers to bring campaigns to life
Write on-brand captions, replies, and community responses that feel human—not robotic
Track performance, sentiment, and community feedback, and share insights with the team
Support launches, activations, and social campaigns from planning through execution
Help maintain each brand’s voice, tone, and community guidelines
Utilize AI tools for efficient social media and community management
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience managing social media and/or online communities (agency experience is a plus)
Deep understanding of social platforms, internet culture, and how communities actually behave online
Strong writing skills with an ear for tone, humor, and cultural nuance
Comfortable engaging in real time and making judgment calls on behalf of brands
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines
Based in NYC and excited to be part of an in-person creative environment
AI-savvy
Preferred
Experience working with lifestyle, culture, fashion and retail brands
Familiarity with AI, social analytics tools and reporting
