Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of office copier and printer equipment at client locations
Performing preventative maintenance
Managing service requests
Providing excellent customer support by addressing technical issues promptly and professionally
Ensuring optimal equipment performance
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with copier and printer repair, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and performing equipment diagnostics
Understanding of network configurations, connectivity, and device integration
Ability to clearly communicate with clients, provide professional support, and resolve concerns effectively
Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Physical capability to transport, install, and repair equipment as required
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit customer sites
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Previous experience in office equipment servicing or technical repair
Additional technical certifications are a plus
