Senior Microsoft Dynamics ERP (BC or F&O) Account Executives - US/Remote
Dynamic Nation is seeking Senior Account Executives to drive new business growth through leading end-to-end sales cycles and building strong relationships. This role involves strategic selling and collaboration to position ERP solutions that address complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle sales efforts for ERP or SaaS solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central and F&O
Own pipeline generation, using a mix of outbound prospecting, partner engagement, and creative demand‑generation tactics
Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with clients, technology partners, and referral networks to drive long‑term revenue opportunities
Develop tailored solution strategies, aligning customer needs with the right ERP or enterprise software capabilities
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to drive inbound lead flow through targeted campaigns and tactical initiatives
Demonstrate strong executive‑selling skills, delivering compelling presentations, value propositions, and ROI‑driven business cases
Navigate complex B2B sales cycles, consistently closing mid‑market or enterprise‑level deals
Work cross‑functionally with delivery, product, and partner teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer success
Maintain high accountability and self‑motivation, consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations
Travel as needed for customer meetings, partner sessions, and industry events
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
5+ years of enterprise software or ERP sales experience, utilizing Dynamics 365 (BC or F&O)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-selling skills
Highly self-motivated and accountable, with strong outbound pipeline generation skills
Comfortable collaborating with partners and cross-functional internal teams
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner sessions, and industry events
