Qualification
Required
Proven record of reliability as a dependable team player that shows up to work each day
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to document activities accurately and responsibly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and good lab practices
Ability to adhere to all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE
1-2 years' experience in a production type environment is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is preferred
Manufacturing experience is a plus
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and maintain production quality and quantity
