Responsibilities
Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate mechanical systems with software‐driven features
Support the launch of new software services by ensuring mechanical–software compatibility and readiness
Develop a deep understanding of the product architecture, functionality, and user experience
Lead quality assurance efforts related to mechanical and software interactions
Identify integration issues, perform root‐cause analysis, and drive cross‐functional solutions
Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and validation of new features
Provide technical input to improve product reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Strong concentration or coursework in computer science, software engineering, or embedded systems
Experience working with cross‐functional engineering teams, especially software
Understanding of how mechanical systems interact with software‐controlled components
Familiarity with programming concepts, data analysis tools, or software development environments
Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with product development involving both hardware and software
Exposure to embedded systems, automation, or mechatronics
Knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing methods, or validation tools
Ability to interpret software requirements and translate them into mechanical considerations
