Qualification
Required
Strong customer service instincts and clear communication
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing your own workload
Preferred
Active P&C insurance license preferred (Michigan)
Someone who takes feedback well and wants to improve, not argue
Team-first mindset with a low-drama attitude
