Operations and Inventory Manager

Sima G. Ltd., a dealer in rare gemstones and estate jewelry, is seeking an experienced Operations & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory, office operations, and retail partner coordination. This hands-on role involves managing inventory processes and supporting the owner with executive tasks in a small, high-trust team environment.

Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end inventory management, tracking, and quality control for high-value jewelry and gemstones
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics (including armored transport and import/export)
Manage the company’s retail partner relationship, inventory rotation, and sales reporting
Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide executive support to the Owner
Partner with the Bookkeeper on inventory reconciliation and operational expenses
Support brand presence, including basic Instagram management

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Honest with a “can-do” attitude

Strong proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Mac OS, and Google Workspace
Social media savvy
Ability to prioritize, work independently, and manage multiple responsibilities
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information and valuable assets
Looking for a long-term position

Preferred

Background in fine jewelry, particularly inventory management and quality control, strongly preferred
