Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries and requests in a 24/7 high-volume contact center
Provide information on products and services with knowledgeable and active engagement
Perform transactions for various accounts including savings, checking, consumer loans, and IRAs
Advise members on additional products and services that may suit their needs
Maintain compliance with policies and ensure high-quality customer service
Qualification
Required
Customer service expertise
Proficiency in data entry
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to work in a call center environment
Strong policy compliance
Preferred
Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments
