Responsibilities

Design, build, refine, and maintain generative AI prompt libraries supporting financial crimes governance processes
Apply prompt-driven workflows to perform quality assurance and validation activities
Integrate AI-enabled checks into procedures to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and unclear requirements
Partner with governance analysts and leaders to embed prompt-assisted workflows into day-to-day operations
Support continuous improvement of controls, issue management, assessments, and QA processes using AI tools
Train team members on the effective, responsible, and compliant use of approved AI prompts
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure AI solutions align with governance, risk, and compliance standards

Required

5+ years of experience in risk management, governance, controls, quality assurance, or business process execution
Experience supporting Financial Crimes, Compliance, Risk, or Regulatory functions
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex, multi-faceted processes
Experience designing workflows, procedures, or QA frameworks
Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and operational teams

Preferred

Hands-on experience with generative AI tools or prompt engineering
Familiarity with risk controls, issue management, assessments, or QA frameworks
Ability to translate complex requirements into structured, repeatable AI-enabled solutions
Strong communication and training skills
