Responsibilities
Provide business analytics and dashboards to measure performance against team KPIs such as sales revenue, margin, inventory turns, new product performance, and excess & obsolete inventory reduction
Maintain backup data and update scorecards tracking KPI progression for monthly business operational reviews
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly communicate business performance trends
Gather and analyze data to support potential business expansion opportunities
Conduct a wide range of data analyses, including cost analysis, margin analysis, regional sales trends, and new product performance
Identify specific business opportunities through trend analysis and performance metrics
Identify opportunities for automation in data analysis and reporting processes
Collaborate with the product management team on new product roadmap planning and prioritization
Influence stakeholders to secure support and alignment for key business projects
Coordinate with multiple departmental teams to drive better business outcomes
Test business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy
Identify and execute opportunities for business reporting improvement and reporting automation
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field desired
4+ years of experience working in a manufacturing business environment preferred
2+ years of experience as Data or Business Analyst
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to build strong relationships across multiple company teams
Excellent communication skills, written, and oral
Ability to lead virtual teams and work across a matrix
Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple projects and wear many different “hats
Good comprehension of MS office especially excel & PowerPoint
PowerBI ‘power' user experience necessary
SAP Experience a plus
