Responsibilities
Drive lead generation and business development efforts, collaborating across teams to identify and secure new opportunities
Deliver compelling, consultative presentations on our services to pharma and biotech stakeholders at all levels
Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their portfolios, strategic priorities, and market positioning
Champion a value-based sales approach to create a strong pipeline, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded
Track and analyze sales performance using CRM data, refining strategies as needed to maximize success
Contribute to RFI and RFP development, ensuring high-quality, competitive responses
Play a key role in pitch development, incorporating client feedback to enhance effectiveness
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, expanding our presence and engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree / Equivalent work experience
Extensive demonstrable sales experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
Demonstrated success as a business development professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client network
A well-established and positive industry reputation
Deep understanding of Medical Affairs, Value and Access, Commercial and Marketing functions within Pharma and Biotech
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
