Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support scientific software platforms that power molecular research and data-driven discovery
Build high-performance workflows for simulation, modeling, and large-scale data analysis
Develop tools and algorithms supporting molecular representation, screening, and analysis
Architect scalable backend systems for complex scientific datasets
Partner with chemists, biologists, machine learning engineers, and researchers
Create visualization and analysis tools to accelerate scientific insight
Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability across research systems
Qualification
Required
Strong programming experience in Python and C++
Proficiency in Linux/UNIX-based environments
Experience building scientific or data-intensive software systems
Exposure to molecular modeling, chemical data platforms, or computational science tools
Background in distributed systems, high-performance computing, or workflow orchestration
Comfortable collaborating in interdisciplinary research teams
Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and technical ownership
