3+ years expPeerIslands is looking for experienced QA Automation Engineers to join our delivery teams on a contract basis. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in automation testing using Playwright, with the ability to work independently within a POD-based delivery model.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright
Perform end-to-end testing including functional, regression, and integration testing
Work as an Individual Contributor, owning QA activities for a single POD
Collaborate closely with Stakeholders and Business Analysts (BA) to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams for resolution
Ensure adherence to QA best practices, processes, and quality standards
Be proactive in adapting to new tools, technologies, and processes as required by the project
Qualification
Required
3 to 8 years of overall experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing using Playwright (mandatory)
Good understanding of test design techniques and automation frameworks
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Open mindset to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Preferred
Exposure to Adobe Illustrator (added bonus)
Experience working in POD-based or product-centric delivery models
