Responsibilities

Lead and manage Pod Managers responsible for teams of Care Coaches
Design and scale a pod-based operating model
Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing leaders
Build leadership depth and succession planning
Own day-to-day patient engagement operations
Establish SOPs, workflows, and quality standards
Ensure consistent delivery of patient engagement minutes and care protocols
Drive operational efficiency at scale
Define and track KPIs including engagement minutes, adherence, retention, productivity, and patient satisfaction
Implement performance management frameworks
Partner with Analytics and Product teams to drive continuous improvement
Work closely with Clinical, Product, Technology, Billing, and Compliance teams
Support clinic launches and ongoing operational success
Lead rapid team growth
Implement training and leadership development programs
Prepare the organization for future scale

Qualification

Healthcare operationsPatient engagementManaging managersScaling teamsVirtual care experienceLeadership developmentOperational efficiencyCross-functional collaboration

Required

10+ years in healthcare operations or patient engagement
5+ years managing managers and large teams
Experience scaling frontline or patient-facing teams
Experience with virtual care or chronic care programs (Experience with Virtual Care programs (RPM, CCM, PCM)

Preferred

Health-tech or high-growth startup experience
