An Account Manager, NA

Responsibilities

Act as the primary consultant and advocate for a portfolio of North American accounts, fostering deep, long-term partnerships beyond simple transactions
Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM (Zoho). Ensure all communications, project milestones, and deal stages are updated in real-time to provide a 'single source of truth' for the global team
Deliver weekly and monthly internal reports to the GM and HQ, forecasting volume requirements, identifying potential churn risks, and highlighting expansion opportunities
Lead the liaison between clients and TIPA’s global teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure seamless project delivery and technical integration
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, ensuring TIPA’s innovations are fully leveraged by our partners
Monitor account health and usage patterns, delivering data-driven progress reports to both clients and internal executive leadership
Serve as the 'first responder' for client challenges, coordinating rapid technical or operational solutions to maintain high satisfaction levels

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in Account Management or Technical Sales, ideally within the packaging, chemicals, or sustainable materials sectors
Ability to understand and communicate the technical specifications of flexible films and the complexities of the compostable waste stream
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you must be self-driven and comfortable working across different time zones (HQ is in Israel)
Proven ability to manage complex timelines involving multiple stakeholders (converters, brands, and internal R&D)
A bachelor's degree in business, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field
