Responsibilities
Researching and collecting information on legacy and planned sustainment activities across key stakeholder groups
Creating, managing, and maintaining supporting documentation on a dedicated VA SharePoint/Teams location
Executing sustainment tasks per the approved project plan and timelines
Reviewing and providing feedback on task order deliverables submitted by EHR contractor(s)
Providing analytic support, running reports, and tracking progress on sustainment tasks
Reviewing deliverables and providing recommendations
Supporting sustainment activities as assigned
Review, prioritize and track incoming action requests to closure
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional work experience
Experience managing Information Technology related projects
Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress
Able to identify and mitigate risks
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
Preferred
Experience in the VA
Experience implementing electronic health records
