GTM Recruiter
StaffGreat.com is a healthcare AI B2B startup looking for a GTM Recruiter to help scale their teams building AI agents that redefine patient access. This full-cycle recruiting role involves owning the recruiting process for GTM roles across various functions and delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Operations
Design and execute creative outbound sourcing strategies, going well beyond LinkedIn
Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, build scorecards, structure interview loops, and close top-tier talent
Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first outreach through offer
Flex to support G&A recruiting as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a team-first mindset
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for GTM and/or G&A roles
Recent in-house GTM or Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-bar B2B SaaS startup environment (startup or in-house agency experience required; not FAANG)
Proven ability to independently own and scale GTM hiring
One of the following backgrounds: Former sales professional who transitioned into recruiting, Agency or staffing recruiter who moved in-house, Recruiter who spans both G&A and GTM and is excited about doing both
Clear evidence of impact and attainment (metrics matter—bonus if highlighted on LinkedIn or resume)
Preferred
