Responsibilities
Support execution of contracted BESS scope including batteries, PCS, EMS, SCADA, and balance-of-system interfaces
Coordinate internal OEM teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and commissioning
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables aligned to customer and EPC requirements
Coordinate factory activities including FAT planning, documentation, and quality tracking
Support vendor coordination and procurement activities for subcomponents and integration partners
Manage technical interfaces between OEM equipment and EPC or customer systems
Track compliance with applicable codes and standards including UL 9540, UL 9540A, NEC, and NFPA
Support site activities including delivery coordination, installation support, testing, and commissioning
Prepare project reporting, progress updates, and documentation for internal leadership and customers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project coordination or project management experience within BESS, power electronics, or utility-scale energy infrastructure
Experience working within an OEM, integrator, or equipment supplier environment strongly preferred
Exposure to battery systems, PCS, EMS, or inverter-based technologies
Familiarity with utility-scale project delivery models and EPC interfaces
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Comfort working with schedules, technical documentation, and cross-functional teams
