Responsibilities
Advise and consult with managers regarding employee concerns around policies, practices, programs, performance management, and terminations
Provide a dedicated and influential HR advisory service to employees covering conduct, capability, leaves, and all other employee relations matters
Assist in the development and updating of job descriptions
Utilize systems to gather and analyze data to report on various HR metrics
Conduct investigations and make recommendations from intake of the concern to closure
Conduct surveys to include exit interviews to understand trends
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees
Perform periodic audits to ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws
Provide backup support for new employee orientation and onboarding activities
Contribute to internal projects and work streams as needed
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience
Proficient in MS Office applications
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative mindset and strong attention to detail
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Working knowledge and understanding of HR functions and best practices
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines
