Regional Leadership: Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for US leadership, collaborating across all departments to align hiring with regional business objectives
Strategically Driving Growth: Craft and implement cutting-edge hiring strategies pivotal to the scalable growth of our US and global teams
Setting the Industry Benchmark: Deliver on an ambitious hiring roadmap with a pace and quality that sets an industry-leading bar for complex and critical hires
Mastering Diverse Challenges: Proactively deliver on hiring needs across Commercial, Tech, and Product functions, showcasing your versatility and strategic adaptability
Pioneering Talent Attraction: Use advanced sourcing techniques and local market insights to identify and engage top-tier talent in the US region
Forging Powerful Partnerships: Cultivate robust relationships with senior internal partners and candidates, ensuring a seamless process and an unrivaled employer brand experience
Driving Business Intelligence: Lead headcount planning and reconciliation in partnership with Finance to ensure strategic resource allocation
Informing Executive Decisions: Analyze and provide actionable data to the US leadership, offering insights into regional hiring challenges and opportunities

Qualification
Required
Extensive experience navigating complex, high-volume hiring within the US market, ideally with deep expertise in Payments or GTM functions
You thrive in fast-paced scale-up environments and possess the agility to innovate within evolving landscapes
You are a trusted advisor capable of engaging and influencing senior leaders across all business functions
Your communication skills are articulate and persuasive, enabling you to build rapport across all levels of the organization
You can prioritize intricate workloads and manage a portfolio of key relationships to drive optimal outcomes
Strong analytical acumen to extract insights from data and communicate findings that inform executive decision-making
