Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable activities and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
Ensure all accounts are properly paid and provide accurate and timely management reports
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the organization
Lead the team to provide customer support while maintaining fiduciary responsibility
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in accounts payable processes, accounting, invoicing, and invoice processing
Experience with three-way matching and accounts payable
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Oracle
Minimum of 2 years of high-volume AP experience
Preferred
Experience with PO match exceptions
Experience with Oracle required
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
