Qualification
Required
Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Superintendent
Strong knowledge of LEAN construction practices and LEED requirements
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work effectively with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners
Openness to new methods, tools, and construction technologies
Strong computer skills and familiarity with modern construction technology
Experience managing multifamily construction challenges, including unit repetition, resident safety, and specialized building systems
