Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, maintain, patch, and support clinic-based IT infrastructure, including workstations, peripherals, printers, networking equipment, and local systems
Perform onsite technical support at clinics for escalated hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
Support clinic openings, acquisitions, and integrations, including site assessments, hardware staging, installation, and go-live support
Provide Tier 2-3 support for Windows operating systems, endpoint management, identity services, cloud applications, and backup processes
Coordinate and execute integration efforts between clinic systems, cloud platforms, third-party vendors, and the EMR
Respond to incidents and outages with urgency, ensuring rapid system recovery and clear communication to stakeholders
Support associates, clinicians, and executive staff via onsite, remote, phone, and email interactions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
Collaborate with centralized IT teams to resolve tickets efficiently, document resolutions, and identify opportunities for standardization or automation
Assist with vendor coordination and technology procurement, including hardware selection, deployment standards, and lifecycle management
Participate in after-hours and maintenance windows required to perform work without disrupting clinic operations
Create and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, deployment standards, and configuration recommendations for clinic environments
Identify opportunities to improve field operations through automation, standardization, and process improvements
Will travel 40% of the time
