Responsibilities
Providing personalized care and assistance to residents
Assisting with transportation arrangements and making appointments
Engaging residents in health promotional activities such as exercise groups and walking clubs
Administering prescribed medications and managing medication schedules
Communicating with physicians and other healthcare personnel
Implementing memory care and dementia-related behavioral interventions
Participating in functional maintenance programs as developed by therapists
Assisting with ambulation and mobility programs
Monitoring and addressing personal needs, such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene
Qualification
Required
High school degree or equivalent
Prior experience in caregiving or a related field
Availability to work night shifts and weekends
