Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with customers and builders to address inquiries and provide solutions
Create and process sales orders for installation and service requests
Schedule service and installation appointments efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other web-based portals to manage and update customer data
Maintain order accuracy by updating systems and documenting relevant information
Respond to inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude
Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues
Draft clear and concise email correspondence to customers and internal teams
Take detailed notes and actively participate in training sessions to learn systems and processes
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems
Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a call center or similar environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable navigating various online portals and systems
Experience with order entry and scheduling processes
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
