Responsibilities
Conducting evaluations of artificial intelligence (AI) workflows and ensuring adherence to ethical, regulatory, and institutional standards in research
Collaborate with faculty, researchers, and staff to implement best practices for research integrity
Assist in developing AI-related protocols
Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines
Facilitating education and training on ethical research practices
Identifying and mitigating potential risks in AI applications
Supporting research initiatives through process enhancements and documentation
Qualification
Required
Experience with artificial intelligence, data analysis, and implementing AI workflows in a research or clinical environment
Skills in policy development, process improvement, and problem-solving with attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication, collaboration, and training abilities for engaging with diverse stakeholders
Preferred
Familiarity with behavioral research, healthcare systems, and working within academic or research institutions is appreciated
A degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, or related areas, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
