Responsibilities
This position oversees job postings and applicant tracking
This is the efficient and timely task of making job offers
This task includes ensuring consistent communication with the applicant to know where they are in the hiring process and the first day of employment preparation and clarity
You will determine when additional recruiting events, hiring blitzes, career fairs, etc., are needed
This includes understanding the Applicant Tracking Software and utilizing regular applicant reporting and analysis to determine whether recruitment strategies meet expectations
Qualification
Required
One to three years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency with Indeed, social media, CV databases, and professional networks
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
Proficiency in Google Suite
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices
