Responsibilities

Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues
Prepare accurate Repair Orders showing time, cost and labor estimates, verifying warranty and service contracts and reviewing with clients
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
Increase profitability by maximizing sales by promoting the sale of labor, parts and accessories by providing explanation of estimates and obtaining approval for work that is sold

Required

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
