Account Development Executive/Outside Sales Rep
Aston Carter is seeking a driven, people-focused Account Development Executive to support the launch of a new delivery program. This field-based role involves engaging with local businesses, presenting program benefits, and guiding partners through the onboarding process.

Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a two-hour driving distance
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses to generate interest
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process
Lead activities and manage the pipeline in Salesforce
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings
Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis
Qualification
Required
2+ years in sales and/or customer service experience
Outside/Field Sales experience required
CRM experience required, Salesforce preferred
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others
High sense of urgency
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy with experience in working with multiple systems and technology
Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily
Preferred
Field sales experience is a plus
Prior experience in sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
