Responsibilities
Deliver large, complex projects to achieve planned business value benefits
Provide advanced project and program management expertise to Moog management, both within and outside IT, including developing and applying Moog's standards for structured project and change management processes
Manage customer expectations regarding project schedules, costs, quality, scope, risk, and benefits
Efficiently utilize Moog resources to support strategic business initiatives through effective planning and time management
Apply your learning and experience to tackle all but the most difficult business and technical challenges, using advanced problem-solving and people management skills
Act as an effective liaison between Moog and external vendors
Qualification
Required
Typically, a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience performing similar functions
Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
Proven experience in delivering large, complex projects
Advanced knowledge of project and program management practices
Strong skills in managing customer expectations and utilizing resources efficiently
Experience implementing cyber security initiatives, including access management or device control or management, is beneficial
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile practices with a bimodal approach to IT development
