Water Restoration Business Development Manager
RestoPros of Northeast Georgia is a rapidly expanding company seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager. The role involves fostering relationships with referral sources, developing new connections, and communicating effectively with the production team while attending various networking events.

Responsibilities
Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated development targets
Create and implement an effective development strategies
Keep track of all client progress through our client relationship management (CRM) program
Expand the territory over time and recruit additional talent to the team
Qualification
Required
3 - 5 years experience in water mitigation, water restoration, plumbing tool/supply sales, or related field, with presentable track record of success
An early riser who is ready to attack the work week
A STRONG, POSITIVE, AND WINNING attitude and ability to be persistent
A leader that pushes a team to its potential
Existing relationships with insurance agencies, plumbing or construction trades will set you apart from other candidates
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of technology and computer literacy
High school diploma/GED required
