Responsibilities
Advanced proficiency in Figma including auto layout, components, prototyping, and design systems
Experience designing for credit unions, banks, or fintech, with a strong understanding of digital banking workflows
Expertise in designing responsive websites and native mobile apps (iOS/ Android)
Ability to design user journeys for Online mobile banking Account onboarding Loan credit card applications Payments, transfers, bill pay Digital servicing flows
Familiarity with WCAG 2.x and ADA compliance for U.S. digital experiences
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Ability to create personas, user flows, IA, journey maps, and interactive prototypes
Strong understanding of design methodologies (Design Thinking, UCD, Double Diamond)
Familiarity with regulatory considerations disclosures, fraud prevention, clarity in financial UI
Experience maintaining and scaling design systems
