Professional Marketing & Programs Manager
NEOVA SmartSkincare is a physician-dispensed, science-driven skincare brand built on pioneering DNA repair technology. The Professional Marketing & Programs Manager supports the Brand Manager in executing professional and trade marketing initiatives while serving as a key connector between marketing, sales, and clinical accounts.

Responsibilities
Execute professional marketing programs including GWPs, loyalty initiatives, back-bar programs, and tiered account support
Support trade show marketing initiatives, including assets, offers, and sales tools
Coordinate professional kits, bundles, and program rollouts
Maintain professional marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables
Track program performance and gather feedback from sales teams and accounts
Work closely with the Sales team to support priority and strategic accounts
Provide structured, scalable marketing support aligned with account tiers
Assist AEs in activating professional programs effectively and consistently
Manage and filter marketing requests to ensure alignment with brand strategy
Serve as a marketing resource for field teams without creating one-off chaos
Translate clinical usage, treatments, and protocols into professional-facing marketing content
Shape content specifically for professional social use from the outset
Coordinate approved content capture within practices
Create educational, authority-driven social content for professional channels
Curate and manage high-quality professional UGC from accounts
Ensure all content remains clinically appropriate, compliant, and on-brand
Collaborate with Digital Marketing on formats, timelines, and distribution
Partner with Education, Digital, and Designers to support initiatives
Manage timelines, approvals, and asset coordination
Prepare organized, review-ready materials for the Brand Manager
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in professional marketing, trade marketing, or brand marketing
Proven experience supporting field sales teams and professional accounts
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with physicians, NPs, RNs, and medical aestheticians
Preferred
Experience in medical aesthetics, professional skincare, or medical devices is a plus
