Performing daily inspections
Testing of construction materials
Documenting findings and submit a daily report
Effective and diplomatic communication with job site foreman and crew
Notifying Engineer or Project Manager of deficiencies and concerns
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Effective written and oral English communication skills
Integrity, collaboration, and dedication to clients
ACI Concrete Field Certification Required
VDOT Certifications Required
DEQ/VDOT Erosion and Sediment Control Certification Required
Comfortable getting hands dirty
Ability to lift 45+ pounds
Detail-oriented
