Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules, dispatching drivers and vehicles to meet operational and customer needs
Use dispatch software and communication tools to provide real-time updates, instructions, and driver support
Maintain accurate records of routes, delivery times, incidents, and operational data
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve delivery or dispatch issues professionally
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatch workflows and support business objectives
Analyze delivery performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in dispatch, delivery coordination, or logistics-related roles
