They are seeking a Global IAM - SailPoint IIQ Developer to manage SailPoint IIQ administration, development, and implementation as well as oversee application onboarding and lifecycle management.

Application Onboarding and support

PAM Integration
Account Creation and onboarding
Quicklink/Form/Workflow development, delivery, and maintenance
SCIM API Experience
Web Services Connector Experience
Database (JDBC) Connector Experience
Certification and Access Review
Access Request Support
Experience managing and IT, IAM, or IIQ platform as a supervisor or manager
Vulnerability management (e.g. patching)
Experience with systems, IAM, and infrastructure architecture
Stakeholder engagement and high-level response (e.g. feasibility)
Effort estimation & project planning
Directing development resources assigned
Integration oversight; escalation management for critical issues
Ticket management, end user engagement, and problem-solving
Vendor Management (e.g. submitting support tickets and follow-up)
Analytical problem-solving capabilities
Ability to take ownership of general efforts and move them forward with appropriate guidance/oversight
Experience leading a team as a supervisor or manager
Strong communication skills for employees above and below
Cross-functional alignment with Security, Infrastructure & App teams
