Responsibilities
Driving donor engagement through strategic storytelling, fundraising events, and crafting engaging grant proposals for private foundations
Partnering with colleagues to identify new opportunities for creating and adapting compelling, donor- and community-focused events and communications
Developing and executing fundraising events from start to finish
Creating and implementing marketing and communications tactics with the goal of increasing community awareness about the mission and services of FrontLine
Growing the agency’s philanthropic supporters
Crafting compelling grant proposals and reports for private foundations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of three years of development experience
Experience with special events preferred
Strong interpersonal skills who enjoys building strong relationships with a variety of people
Seasoned and versatile writer and communicator who is also eager to receive and incorporate constructive feedback regarding their writing and visual communications
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel)
Strong organizational skills, enjoy planning events, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized with the ability to implement systems and follow-up processes
Able to effectively work under pressure
Use independent judgment
Produce a quality work product within tight time constraints
