Responsibilities

Support alignment across HR COEs by helping clarify standards, roles, and interfaces, ensuring work connects cleanly across the operating model
Partner with COE leaders and HRBPs to reinforce decision‑rights and prevent fragmentation, escalating misalignments to appropriate leaders rather than solving them independently
Help HR maintain a shared understanding of the operating model by connecting patterns, raising gaps, and recommending where alignment routines are needed
Partner with project leads across HRIS, COEs, Change Management, Communications, and HR Ops to connect work across teams, ensuring initiatives are:
Sequenced in a way that minimizes friction
Aligned to HR’s operating model
Coordinated across HR domains to avoid duplication
Maintain a lightweight integrated HR calendar and cross‑functional view, ensuring HR leaders and COEs have visibility into major milestones, overlaps, and dependencies
Coordinate with Communications, Change, and COEs to ensure messaging, training, and enablement feel 'one‑HR', while allowing the owning functions to lead development and deployment
Coordinate HR’s governance and alignment routines by ensuring the right people are in the room, issues are surfaced, and decisions flow to the correct owners
Support the upkeep of role charters, decision-rights matrices, and operating norms by partnering with COE and HRBP leaders who own the content
Facilitate cross‑COE connection points
Help surface where processes intersect across COEs and HR Ops and identify where misalignments create friction
Connect COE owners to ensure handoffs are clear and the associate/leader experience feels consistent
Recommend where cross‑COE alignment is needed but leave process redesign to COEs as product owners
Reinforce the 'design once, deploy consistently' model by helping COEs and HRBPs stay aligned to shared standards and operating expectations
Facilitate forums that strengthen clarity, prevent drift, and resolve ambiguities
Surface cross‑COE patterns and insights that suggest where the HR system is aligned or misaligned
Coordinate feedback loops so COEs receive the insights needed to improve future design
Highlight enterprise‑level friction so the appropriate leaders can own improvement
