This role will focus on delivering location management and related tasking while ensuring successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Workflow Development: Design and develop solutions for ServiceNow workflow applications, including those for Workplace Service Delivery)
Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to create end-to-end workflows and manage data integration
Technical Implementation: Partner with Internal ITSM Team to configure and implement ServiceNow scripts (e.g., JavaScript, GlideScript, Apache Jelly) in the form of business rules and client scripts
Optimization and Training: Document process, troubleshoot issues, optimize solution performance, and provide training to End-user Support and users
Qualification
Required
Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer, Technology, and Employee Experience workflows
Minimum 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations
Proven experience with core applications related to the Workspaces-dependent capabilities (ITSM, etc)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) required
Preferred
ServiceNow Developer Certified
ITIL Foundation Certified
Experience with advanced skills in ServiceNow Development APIs, Web Service Integration, and a strong understanding of the customer/employee lifecycle
Experience importing technical diagrams and location data from Autocad or similar applications
