Social Media & Community Manager

Growth Leads is a leading affiliate and lead generation company operating within the iGaming and finance verticals. We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media & Community Manager to lead our social media presence and community engagement, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and fostering our online community.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with company goals
Create and maintain social media calendars for X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media performance using insights and analytics
Implement virality tactics, trends, and A/B testing to maximize reach and engagement
Develop copy and write design briefs for content creation when needed
Collaborate with design, media, and other teams to ensure content is relevant, engaging, and timely
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce a monthly content calendar supporting marketing initiatives
Request clips or edits from live streams to repurpose for social media content
Foster and grow the community across various channels, including Discord
Manage social media interactions, moderate discussions, and respond to messages promptly
Coordinate with the support team to ensure high-quality user assistance
Creatively explore new ways to engage and expand the community
Share actionable social media insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement

Required

Strong knowledge of online live streaming platforms, such as Twitch or Kick
Understanding of online slots and gaming culture is a plus
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage and schedule large volumes of content across multiple platforms daily
Strong writing, communication, and creative storytelling skills
Experience with social media analytics tools and community management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and proactively identify opportunities for growth
