Responsibilities
Oversee and execute the month-end close process, including reconciliations and journal entries
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Manage financial reporting processes
Strengthen and implement internal controls
Collaborate with Operations and Commercial teams for financial insights
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP/IFRS standards
Lead and facilitate the audit process
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in creating pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, or Infor
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of experience in month-end close process oversight
5+ years of experience in financial statement preparation and analysis
5+ years of experience in financial reporting
3+ years of experience in implementing internal controls
Experience with direct report management
Experience in the manufacturing industry from 2020 or later
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is a plus
Familiarity with 401k and benefits administration
Experience with ADP systems
