Responsibilities

Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Guide teams in adopting agile principles and practices to improve collaboration and delivery outcomes

Remove impediments and roadblocks to ensure teams can focus on delivering value

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the teams

Track and report team progress using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables to ensure alignment with contract requirements and program objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical, operations, and leadership teams, to ensure seamless execution of tasks

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action items

Act as a liaison between the MSP team, DCSA leadership, and external stakeholders

Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges effectively to ensure transparency and alignment

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration

Ensure adherence to DCSA program requirements, security protocols, and government regulations

Support audits and compliance reviews by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and team performance

Provide regular reports and dashboards to program leadership and stakeholders
