Generate invoices accurately and efficiently in a high-volume environment
Ensure billing accuracy and support reporting visibility
Manage recurring tasks independently with minimal supervision
Contribute immediately to relieve existing team members across multiple responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in billing/invoicing, preferably in construction or project-based environments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to billing accuracy
Ability to work independently and manage recurring, high-volume tasks
Professional communication and workplace polish
Experience with accounting or billing systems
Preferred
QuickBooks experience preferred
Exposure to Vista or other construction ERPs is a plus
Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals (AR, billing cycles)
Non-degreed candidates welcome; a degree is a plus, not a requirement
Accounting degree preferred but not mandatory
