Responsibilities
Lead our efforts to acquire the data needed to tailor the agentic capabilities in Excel to specific use cases / industries / etc
Help us transform that data and the corresponding user insights into actionable forms that can be used to improve our AI models
Scale our approach to the breadth of tasks that users leverage Excel to complete every day
Embody Microsoft’s Culture and Values in daily work and team collaboration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience with 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
