Customer Service Coordinator
DOC Services, Inc. is a family-owned Minnesota company with over 70 years of experience in material handling and safety solutions. They are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator who will provide exceptional service to customers, manage orders, and support sales efforts while maintaining a positive team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to customers via phone and email
Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, specifications, and availability
Enter and manage quotes, orders, RMAs, and basic technical support requests
Accurately maintain customer data and track activity in CRM/ERP systems
Educate customers on products and recommend solutions based on their needs
Partner closely with Sales and internal teams to support customer and business goals
Follow up on quotes, conduct satisfaction outreach, and support engagement efforts
Identify issues, problem-solve, and suggest process improvements
Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Comfort with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
1+ years of customer service experience
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (NetSuite or Epicor a plus)
Sales support experience a plus
