Responsibilities
Examine mortgage files meticulously, prepare closing documents, and collaborate with legal professionals for review to ensure accuracy and completeness
Oversee all phases of the mortgage closing process, ensuring all final conditions are satisfied for a smooth settlement
Guarantee that all mortgage files adhere to federal, state, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of compliance
Confirm and verify title statuses for residential properties, safeguarding against potential issues
Provide exceptional support to internal teams, clients, and external partners, guiding them seamlessly through the mortgage process
Conduct in-person closings with professionalism, ensuring all parties are informed and satisfied
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service with strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Capable of working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
Access to reliable transportation
Preferred
Advanced education (Associate's degree or higher) in relevant fields
Prior experience in mortgage lending, real estate, or closing coordination
